I am so happy to be working with this office. Dr. Santiago and her assistant, are very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and so good at what they do. I actually look forward to my appointments!

Dr Santiago did not rush my appointment and took all the time I needed to address my questions and concerns. I have confidence in her and feel positive that my condition can be brought under control and lead me to a maintenance period. She understands that continuing to live an active life is important to me and I believe she will provide me with all the tools I need to enable me to do so.

I visited Dr. Santiago for the first time due to peristomal issues. I have an ileostomy that caused me a serious and painful wound due to leaks because the hospital had used the incorrect supplies for my ostomy. She was great in helping me understand why this happened and how she would correct it and heal my wound. I was uneducated about ileostomies and she educated me and gave me magazines with ostomy care. She is knowledgeable, caring, friendly and thorough with her treatments. Great doctor!
